Pollination Polonaise

Smelling the pollen the bees and butterflies appear and begin pollinating the flowers which begin to bloom. Granee and the children are overly excited about the flowers that they have planted, however as they grow they do not look exactly like normal flowers and they cannot determine what is different about them.

This piece is written in a polonaise rhythm in the background. We here the bees buzzing and working feverously to get to all of the flowers.  Suddenly the bees take a short break as the majestic butterflies arrive to do their part.  Soon we hear the busy bees and the butterflies working together to get to all of the flowers.

This piece features the string section as the busy bees and the alto flute trio again taking the part of the majestic butterflies.
